The stronger the wind, the brighter the lights. Make this a stunning focal point in your yard or garden by day and by night. Two sides spin independently on precision ball bearings. Measures 23" in diameter and stands 73" tall plus an 11" heavyduty powder coated three prong stake to secure it into the ground. Weather safe finish. might want to save your money
First of all this is plastic. I don't know if I missed that or the description didn't say. It is heavy duty plastic though. Second, mine will rotate on the pole and spin nicely if I manually spin it. However,when every spinner in the garden was spinning wildly today in strong winds,this one was only rotating on the pole, not spinning. Nice garden art, nice color.
