Where is my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you have not yet received tracking information, your order may still be in processing. If you have questions or need help locating your order, our Customer Service team is happy to assist.

How long will it take to get my order?

Standard shipping takes 7 -10 business days from the date we process your order.
Express Shipping is available to any FedEx Home shippable address in 3-4 business days. While most orders arrive within the estimated window, occasional delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or seasonal demand. We always aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Where does Bits and Pieces ship to?

Bits and Pieces ships to the 48 contiguous states in the United States. Available shipping options and delivery timelines will be displayed during checkout based on your address.

What if my item goes missing during delivery?

We carefully pack every order to help ensure it arrives in great condition. If your package is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or a piece is missing from your puzzle, please contact our Customer Service team. We’ll work with you to make it right so you can enjoy your purchase with confidence.

What is Bits and Pieces' return and exchange policy?

We strive to ensure all customers order with complete confidence. If any of our products do not meet or exceed your expectations, you may ship the item back to us within 60 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

If an item you purchased from us appears damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service team to request a replacement or store credit.

We want every puzzle to be completed and enjoyed. If your puzzle is missing a piece or arrives damaged, we’ll make it right. Contact our Customer Service team, and we’ll work quickly to provide a replacement or solution.
