I have love this clock

"I have love this clock thru ~ 5 purchases over the past 6 yrs, each one made necessary when the recent purchase would stop working, just like all the previous ones. Then I purchased a different small clock of similar size, to find onreading the instructions, that I sold not change setting by moving counter-clockwise. . . . and that locks still working x 2 yrs. No where in the instructions of the failed 5 clocks that broke was that "no turn counterclocewise" warning listed. I the saw this current purchase advertised, and called Customer Svc with the story above, and was told that 'the story was true, but this clock's instructions did not mention it'. So I've destroyed my last 4-5 clocks purchased by using an UNPUBLISHED instruction incorrectly!! If Bits n Pieces values it's reputation, I'd like a refund on the first several identical clocks I purchased and destroyed because of faulty instructions. Thanks. . .
