What payment methods are accepted

We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including major credit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club International, Elo, JCB, and UnionPay), as well as PayPal and Google Pay. We also accept checks or money orders for mail orders.

How do I know when a puzzle or product will be back in stock?

At Bits and Pieces, we offer a unique option to add your email to an Out-of-stock item, which will notify you when the item becomes available again.

Do your puzzles include a separate reference poster?

A majority of our puzzles are designed to be completed using the box lid as your reference image. Many puzzlers prefer this approach because it’s sturdy, convenient, and keeps everything in one place. For an even easier experience, puzzle box lid holders can help position your image while you work.

Please note: our panoramic puzzles and multipack puzzles do come with reference posters.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are typically processed within the timeframe shown at checkout. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method and location.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: typically arrives within 7–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: typically arrives within 3–4 business days

While most orders arrive within these windows, occasional delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or seasonal demand. You will receive tracking information once your order ships, so you can follow its progress.

How do I know when a puzzle or product will be back in stock?

If an item is currently out of stock, you can sign up to receive an email notification when it becomes available again. Simply enter your email on the product page, and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s back.

Do I need an account to make a purchase?

No account is required to place an order. You can check out as a guest or create an account to save your information and make future purchases faster.

Does Bits and Pieces accept certificates/coupons?

Yes, we frequently offer promotional coupons and sell e-certificates. Replacement certificates are also accepted. If you have a Spilsbury gift certificate, it can be converted into a Bits and Pieces gift certificate and will remain valid.
