"I love these frames but recent order came without the hardware. Rather than C/S send what was missing they refunded my money with a gift receipt. I don’t need another frame, just the hardware."
Light weight frame and easy to assemble
"This is a clip frame without a glass / plastic covering or hard backing. I added a foam, poster board to the back of my puzzle, and it fit perfectly. I especially like the extremely light weight finished product; and thus, hanging was simple. The only down side is that the front of the puzzle is not covered. I will update this post if the puzzle face gets dusty / discolored / etc."
Frame is flimsy
"Sometimes a puzzle from this vendor are really lovely, and I would like to save. This frame seemed to be a good idea, but it is just 4 rails with a V corner support. The hanger is awful. I did purchase foam posterboard to go behind puzzle so that it now works. Also delivery was over two weeks."

"Instructions did not agree with pieces received! No face marking on appropriate pieces. No logo on appropriate pieces. Received what I believe to be the frame hanger but instructions said hanger was a sawtooth hanger. Picture doesn't cearly show how retaining springs go into frame!"
