"I purchased this for an anniversary gift for my wife, she loves hummingbirds and being it is made of crystal the symbol of 15 year anniversary made it the perfect gift. It is very delicate and beautiful. I must comment on the customer service as the first one delivered had a broken tail. I call them and with no questions asked they sent me another one quickly for replacement. The breakage was not a shipping problem as it was packaged very good for safe arrival. The actual box for the hummingbird was never opened either and was well protected. It was broken by who ever packaged it from Bits and Pieces supplier. Anyway I am impressed with Bits and Pieces customer service - that alone gave them a 5 star rating."

"I carefully and securely hung my second hummingbird sun catcher in my car, making sure it would not bump into anything and the beak fell off. I’ve searched my car thoroughly, I cannot find it anywhere in my car. This makes me sad to spend that much money on it and then to have it fall apart.
