"I asked for a puzzle table and some puzzles for Christmas, and this is the first one I did. I chose 500 pieces so as not to be overwhelmed (and because I like the slightly larger size of the pieces for my middle aged eyes). It is a lovely, festive puzzle, and the glow-in-the-dark feature is the icing on the cake! When I got to the end, I was disappointed to see that despite my being very careful, there was one piece missing. I contacted customer service and they promptly sent me out a new replacement puzzle without hesitation. This kind of service will encourage me to buy more puzzles from this company. If you love winter, Christmas, or just a beautiful night scene, you'll love this gorgeous puzzle! I will be keeping this to complete for years to come."
